these regional hood dances, i love. whatchu know about the wu-tang? wu-tang is a dance originating out of philly, by a group of people from the area of north philadelphia. the dance is normally performed to baltimore club. the dance involves a jerking of the arms in an up-&-down/side-to-side motion. each individual person adds their own spin to the dance, be it fancy footwork, or miming gunshots. The dance has become very popular around the tri-state & is compared with the chicken noodle soup dance of harlem which inspired the song “Chicken Noodle Soup” by DJ webstar, the bay area’s hyphy, atlanta’s crunk, baltimore’s rockin’ off & compton’s krumping. this dance is not associated with the wu-tang clan or any of it’s members..
