Checkin the style of miss Mari J Brooklyn, a photographer I ran into at the Copperwheat Spring 2011 presentation in Pure Space during MB New York Fashion Week. Straight up fly. I’ve seen the earring-necklace thing emerge this year, but her neon 360° “earlace” might be the baddest* form of it I’ve seen thus far (*bad as in good). MJB is rockin a fresh, felt, violet, button-studded, sort-of-church-sort-of-nautical, hat; her greyscale striped outfit for the balance, & let’s not forget about the neon acrylic broach. I’m with it.
